Back to Basics Nutrition Counseling works to partner with insurance companies to help minimize your out-of-pocket costs for our services. To find out if your plan covers preventive care, including nutrition and bariatric counseling, please contact your insurance provider. Many insurance plans do cover our services, and we encourage you to check your coverage options.

Insurance benefits will be verified prior to the appointment. This is not a guarantee of payment. All claims that are not paid by the insurance will be the responsibility of the patient.

Nutrition Counseling
Initial Appointment: $185.00
1 Hour Follow-Up: $110.00
1/2 Hour Follow-Up: $85.00

Bariatric Evaluation
Initial Appointment: $215.00
1 Hour Follow-Up: $110.00
30 Minute Follow-Up: $85.00

Follow-Up Packages
5 - 30 Minute Appointments: $200.00*
5 - 15 Minute Appointments: $100.00*

*Packages must be used within 6 weeks of initial visit
